  1. When creating a diagram, users may notice that the stations placed on the diagram do not immediately show up under Stations link in the Navigation Panel on the left.

Stations do not update immediately in the Navigation Panel

Clicking on another link or the diagrams link will allow the system to load the diagrammed stations into the Navigation panel.

  2. If two stations are very close together in the Smart Interface Diagram, the dotted link indicating incomplete data may appear solid.

The stations are too close to show a dotted line for a link.

In this case, simply refresh the browser page, and the stations will spread out to give the link room to draw properly.

  3. Modes cannot be deleted directly from the Navigation Panel.

Modes cannot be deleted from the transmitter page.

Instead, navigate to the View Summary page, and click on the Modes access button button next to the mode you wish to delete. Then click the link.

Click the delte link to remove the mode.

One way to reload the page is to click on the "Diagram" link in the Navigation Panel.
